Position: Inside Sales Trainee

Survatra is a growing AWS Partner in EMEA focused on helping Startups and SMBs build, scale, and optimize on the cloud. We offer strategic consulting, technical implementation, and AWS credit support to fast-growing companies building the next generation of digital products.

We are looking for enthusiastic Inside Sales Trainees who want to kickstart their careers in technology sales. If you are eager to learn, curious about cloud technology, and motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment, this is the right opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of startup and SMB accounts.

  • Support the sales team in identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships.

  • Assist in the sales cycle — from first contact to proposals and discussions.

  • Gain hands-on experience with AWS solutions, cloud programs, and client engagement.

  • Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

  • Collaborate with our team and AWS partners on exciting opportunities.

  • Participate in client calls, presentations, and meetings to learn how deals are closed.

  • Contribute to Survatra’s growth by supporting innovative startups and founders.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Postgraduate degree in MBA.

  • Freshers (0–6 months of experience) are welcome to apply.

  • Comfortable with cold calling.

  • Strong communication skills in English and good interpersonal abilities.

  • Curiosity to learn about cloud technology and the startup ecosystem.

  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and eagerness to grow.

  • Basic understanding of business, IT, or cloud concepts.
