Role Summary
Drive market research, demand
generation, and GTM intelligence to build a predictable, high‑quality pipeline
for Survatra’s AI, cloud, MLOps, and digital transformation services.
Freshers with strong
internship experience are welcome. This role starts with a 6‑month paid
traineeship, leading to a permanent position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer
research to identify opportunities and ICP segments.
- Build buyer personas, industry insights,
and market‑signal dashboards.
- Plan and execute multi‑channel demand‑gen
campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events, partner channels).
- Create targeted outreach sequences, value
propositions, and content assets.
- Collaborate with sales to accelerate
pipeline and improve lead quality.
- Track campaign performance, lead flow, and
ROI; deliver monthly growth insights.
- Support GTM strategy with opportunity
briefs, battlecards, and win‑loss insights.
Key Requirements
- At least 3–6 months in market research,
demand generation, or GTM roles.
- Strong understanding of cloud/DevOps/IT
services.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation,
and analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and
storytelling skills.
