Position: Python Developer

Survatra is an IT organization focused on addressing common challenges faced by businesses, such as timeliness, capacity crunch, and limited reach. The founders, seasoned IT professionals, aim to equip organizations to effectively overcome these challenges and execute their mandates. The organization is located in Noida and offers a hybrid work environment, with some work from home flexibility.

 We are seeking a results-driven Python Developers (1- 3 years) excited to work with advanced machine learning models like LLMs, CNNs, and correlational systems. If you are curious, self-driven, and eager to grow in AI/ML, we would love to hear from you.

 Responsibilities

· Assist in building Python interfaces for interacting with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, local transformer models).

· Contribute to data preprocessing, tokenization, and context management for language model inputs.

· Support the development and testing of CNN-based pipelines for tasks like image classification and object detection.

· Help design and implement custom correlational models for domain-specific tasks such as pattern recognition or feature analysis.

· Write clean, modular Python code for integrating model components and supporting infrastructure.

· Work with senior developers and AI engineers to integrate AI capabilities into product workflows.

· Maintain scripts for prompt engineering, model evaluation, and API interaction.

· Participate in code reviews, documentation, and model performance tracking.

· Continuously learn and explore new Python libraries, ML techniques, and AI tools.

Must have qualifications

· A graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.

· 1-3 years experience in Python and familiar with libraries.

· Exposure to machine learning concepts through coursework, certifications, or personal projects.

· Eagerness to work on AI/ML projects and willingness to learn fast.

· Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote or hybrid team setup.

Preferred Skills

· Academic project or coursework involving LLMs, CNNs, or other AI models.

· Git/GitHub experience.

· Interest in NLP, computer vision, or generative AI.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to web frameworks (Flask/Django).

• Basic knowledge of APIs and REST concepts.

• Awareness of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
