of Netherlands focused on helping Startups and SMBs build, scale, and optimize
on the cloud. We offer strategic consulting, technical implementation, and AWS
credit support to fast-growing companies looking to build the next generation
of digital products.
We are
looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Trainee to support our HR
team across Recruitment and Generalist functions. This role is ideal for
someone who is eager to learn, highly organized, and ready to contribute to
end-to-end HR operations.

Responsibilities
· Source and screen candidates through
job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
· Coordinate interviews between
candidates and hiring managers.
· Support in implementing recruitment
tools, strategies, and employer branding initiatives.
· Facilitate onboarding formalities
including documentation, induction, and system setup.
· Assist in managing the complete HCM
lifecycle—from employee records to performance support.
· Coordinate with HR and Finance teams
for monthly payroll inputs and documentation.
· Oversee
administrative duties such as documentation, vendor coordination, and
office-related logistics.

Must have
qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Strong communication and
interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and
familiarity with HR tools is an added advantage.
· Ability to multitask, stay organized,
and maintain confidentiality
· High
level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
· Tech-savvy
with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools.
· Ability
to work independently and handle dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Preferred
Skills
· Prior
experience in HR internship.
· Experience
in administrative or operations roles, especially in a startup environment.
· Proficiency
in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
